![]() I've read about side loading apps on to the Fire. I am a techie for sure but mostly PC, Linux and iOS. I am sure there are limitations of OBDEleven, but so far I have not run into any for my needs (which have been the basic coding mods referenced in this thread). ![]() All other coding modifications I made, including suspension lowering, I performed via long coding/adaptions using the vag com instructions. The only app I used was the one to enable VIM. ![]() **Note - app only works on Android device, and needs wireless or wifi access. You can perform long coding/adaptions, including lowering air suspension, with OBDEleven. Not the in-depth programming that Vag Com and a pc can provide, but for everything that I've seen here on the forums, short of messing with the air suspensions, it's all you'll need. I've used the OBDEleven for over 8 mos now and have programmed 3 cars, including a brand new 2017 Q5 just picked up for the wifey. However, the Apps do cost $ to use, in the form of credits which can be purchased through the main app. Should be noted that with the OBDEleven, enabling VIM is quick and easy through their Apps.
